You must see sleeping as a time to heal and recharge. Live as such!
If you’re having a hard time falling asleep, it may be a sign that you’re not using enough energy during the day or that your brain is overly stimulated. Exercise more and limit phone and TV usage
If you must watch TV in your bedroom, use a sleep timer to ensure a more quality sleep.
Invest in your bedding.
Get quality sheets, add a memory foam topper to your mattress, buy a quality pillow, make the room as dark as possible
For improved quality of sleep, raise head of your bed by about 3″ or 5cm and don’t eat 3 hours before bedtime
