Spirit

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.

NOTE: When I started working on the TransformaSEAN system in 2019, my goal was to craft it with a secular (non-religious) focus -- By avoiding religion, I believed these habits would be received by more people. As I refined the system, something important was missing. Over time, I realized how silly it was to focus on a life transformation that does not involve GOD. What good is transforming your mind and body if you don't have a relationship with God? More and more, it became clear to me that transformation without God is entirely worthless. 

My advice... whether you're religious or not... is to take the time to know God. Read the Bible and learn about Jesus Christ and the salvation he offers through faith -- I can definitively say that your relationship with God is the only thing that matters in the end. A transformation of spirit through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit will do more to improve your life and give you peace than anything you can possibly do yourself. Mind and body will perish but your spirit lives on. Let Go and Let God. Die to yourself and give your life to God... Once you find peace with death, your life takes on a whole new meaning.

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.”
